We’ll ship all items using either 2nd class Royal Mail or 1st class as an upgrade option. We will send you a message when your item has been shipped. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to look into your order. For international orders, please expect a delivery time of up to 10 days to allow for customs checks. Thank you!

Return and Exchange Policy

As each item is specially made and dispatched, we don’t allow returns. However, we can offer a refund if you’ve made an error in your order or if your item has arrived significantly damaged. We’re always happy to refund and/or replace items. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through our Etsy page and we will do our best to help you.
